I am always inspired by the unique colours of the Upper Wharfedale landscape. From the cosy valleys tapestried with farmland and drystone walls, to bleak unforgiving moorland and imposing limestone crags. While many visitors come to see it in the warm summer months, few venture to experience the the candyfloss-pink autumn sunsets, the wildness of the grey winter, and joyful first greens of spring.

Each landscape is completely unique. Fabrics and papers are hand-dyed and/or printed first, then shaped and stitched together into the mount. Finished with hand-embroidered flowers or plants in the foreground. Signed and framed in a rustic wooden box frame.
